V Charger Installation – Excellent Service from Start to Finish

From providing a detailed and competitive quote to arranging a convenient installation date, everything was handled professionally. The installation itself was completed efficiently and to a high standard, and the team left the area spotless. I really appreciate the great work – highly recommended.

Impeccable service from first enquiry to final invoice. I reached out to Stroud Electrical Services for an EV charger, Paul offered to visit the property or was happy to initially work with a comprehensive list of photo requirements. The price was inline with what we had expected and we went ahead. Using a system which keeps everything tied together we had the quote, the scheduling and the appointment details all readily available. On the day I got a notification showing they were on their way with an ETA. Two Electricians arrived and were immediately focused on the job. When I gave them my very specific requests (down to where I want the cabling to go and the exact unit positioning) they cracked straight on with the work. – I checked in with them twice to see if they needed anything and they were deeply engrossed in their work. They briefly showed me how the unit worked before they left taking all of the mess away. Later in the evening I went and looked at the ‘hidden cables’ – I have never known electricians to care about how tidy and straight they leave cabling inside of a hidden part of somebodies garage. – I cannot speak highly enough of them. Would definitely recommend.

I cannot recommend this local firm enough, utterly brilliant. Professional, courteous, knowledgeable and open and transparent.

Reported an issue over the weekend and in less than 48 hours we on site on the Monday and fixed the issue within 20mins, something that others have looked into previously and have not been able to resolve.
